Welcome to gjsteelandwood.com. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. PRODUCTION & ORDERS
Every product at GJ Steel & Wood is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for fabrication before dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping with tracking via FedEx. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after dispatch. We carefully package all items to minimize the risk of damage in transit. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

3. DUTIES & TAXES
The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As all products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will assess each case individually and work to resolve it promptly.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS
We welcome requests for custom sizes and finishes. Please contact us before placing your order. Custom orders may have longer production times and are non-refundable once confirmed.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including product images, descriptions, and designs, is the property of SIA WOODFLEX / GJ Steel & Wood and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GJ Steel & Wood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

8. PRIVACY
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
